Exploiting the web – when, where, why?

The digital revolution is in full swing. Understanding it, exploiting it, leading it, even – that's our aim in the recruitment marketing space. We think we're doing a half decent job of it too. Independent verification of this came when we captured all three 'Best Microsite' category nominations at the 2009 Recruitment Advertising awards, and followed up in 2010 by winning the big one - 'Best Website'.

Social networks

Social networks are potentially powerful tools at every stage of the candidate journey. They have so many uses - allowing candidates to develop relationships with fellow hopefuls, learn more about an organisation from established employees, ask questions, debate issues, exchange views...
