taken very seriously round here. Understanding what excites and engages
employees is vital to creating great employee communications, not to
mention developing robust employer reputations.
Research can be used to provide insights into economic or demographic
influencers on recruitment and retention or to measure the factors that
drive target audiences to (or away from) a particular employer, job or media.
The info we unearth can be used for everything from individual attraction
campaigns to employer brands. But the value of research is apparent beyond
the point of attraction, right through post-application, induction, and to
