Who we are

The world of TCS is a unique place. HR communications experts since birth, we've been in the market almost a quarter of a century. Of course back then it was plain old recruitment advertising, but as the resourcing-based needs of our clients have become more and more complex, we've become more and more sophisticated.

We now help our clients with comms solutions that cover everything from attraction to training, onboarding to redeployment, candidate assessment to candidate management. And we do it all with one goal in mind – to not just protect but enhance each of our clients' employer reputations. As of right now, we have 83 active clients on our books, mainly covering the commercial and not-for-profit sectors.

The glue that holds our approach together is our partnership ethos. We're confident that the vast majority of our clients would refer to us as partners rather than suppliers. In many cases, we're seen as an extension of the HR teams we work so closely with.
